The Challenge

As the ecosystem of projects grew, no single place held the state of all of it — what’s moving, what’s been decided, what’s been done. Forge OS exists to answer that: internal infrastructure built to govern the projects themselves, not any one client-facing surface.

The Build

The build is a command layer — governing projects, memory, receipts, and live operational movement across the ecosystem. It’s built as infrastructure first: the system underneath the systems, designed to keep every other project honest about its own state.

What It Became

Forge OS is a platform, built as internal infrastructure — the command layer governing movement across the entire ecosystem.
